Vacant House Visits and Inspection
Source Building Services can watch over your vacant home and provide peace of mind
when you're not around. Put our experience, knowledge, outstanding reputation of service,
reliability, professional training, and certifications in the home inspection business to work for you.
During a Vacant House Visit, we can perform the following:
- Walk the home perimeter
- Security check for vandalism, broken doors & windows
- Look for evidence of insects or rodents
- Check for water, freeze, or storm damage
- Flush toilets and check all plumbing fixtures
- Electrical check
- Check the furnace, AC, and change necessary filters
- Perform lawn and pool maintenance if needed
- Let any authorized people in for deliveries, servicing, or repair
- Start automobile (upon client request)
- Follow any other particular requests or needs you have
You will be notified immediately if a problem is identified during any
inspection. If desired, we can call you from the home visit, or take digital photos at each
visit and email them to you with our written report of the findings.
The cost of providing these services will be tailored to your specific needs. Packages
begin at $50 per month, which includes two visits and a variety of check-up services.
Sign on for one month or all season, it's up to you.

organic matter to your lawn. Studies have found that after one full year of mowing
and leaving the clippings on the lawn it contributed to less than 1/16 inch of
thatch buildup.
Annual pruning of your shrubs and small trees is essential to control growth.

Our experienced staff will prune your shrubs and small trees, achieving the
desired effect without harming the plants. We also offer tree removal services.
